yeah, go me!!!

I'm getting fired in one month because I don't bring in enough new customers. My Sales are up... buying customers per day, up... hours and Miles driven per day, down...Ticket Average up. (Oh, and I haven't had catalogues for almost a month so even if I do get a new customer, they must be clairvoiyant so they can guess what I have for sale.

I felt old today

For the first time in my life I actually felt old. I was standing in the shower and my mind suddenly started to compare my life now to my life 10 years ago.
I had more hair, I was thinner, I had a car with fewer miles, I was living rent free, I hadn't gotten laid yet, I was about to go on a summer long concert attendance spree, I was working for a company I liked... fortunately it wasn't all positives or I would have killed myself. Which would of course make it hard to write this. Ok, time to shuffle my lazy ass off to the movies. hmm, Shaggy Dog or V for Vendetta.. tough choice.

For most of my life I have believed that Abraham Lincoln was one of our greatest presidents. He held the country together during a critical period in our history, eliminated slavery, and helped Bill and Ted with their history report.

However I have recently cahnged my mind, and the next time a bunch of whiny backwoods Conservative Bigots want to leave the country... Fucking let them!!!

So leafing through the Chicago Tribune the other day I came across an article that said researchers had found that the happiest people in the country were white conservatives with incomes over 40k a year. Duh. If we had universal health care, fair trade agreements, true freedom of religion and speech, and a decent minimum wage us poor liberals would be happy too.

Driving me crazy

It takes too long to travel anyplace from here. Tonight I had planned on going to see Dave Chappelles block party, eating dinner at Fridays and buying a few books. Instead the line outside of the theater was so long just to buy a ticket that I gav up and bought a Soulfly DVD. I think I made the right choice because even if a movie is extremely good, the wait builds up anticipation and the film becomes a let down.

Ah well, time to read.

Liberals hate AMerica

This has been a favorite saying of some of the more outspoken Conservative talking heads for the past few years. I would like to point out that liberals FOUNDED America, it's the Americans we can't stand.

for example, we/they hate:

The Americans who believe they have the right to legislate the sexual lives of consenting adults

The Americans who confuse skin color with destiny.

The Americans who turn their backs and insult one of our greatest allies because they disagree with a decision our president has made.

The Americans that still think the man who helped arm Saddam is one of the greatest presidents in our history.

Kevin Federline. we're not sure why... he's just creepy.

The Americans who hire Illegal immigrants instead of using domestic union labor.

Fox News, Rush, and any other pseudo news/talk show that confuses sloganeering with debate. Including some of the shows on Air America.

Democrats. Liberals HATE democrats almost as much as they hate Republicans.
